This Resell Policy governs your participation in the AI Wealth One reseller program and explains the rights granted to you, the limits of those rights, and the operational authority retained by the platform.

Lifetime Resell Rights Access

Subject to your compliance with this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws, a completed one-time reseller payment grants you lifetime access to the reseller program and reseller rights connected to the applicable offer.

• Your reseller access is tied to the specific program, products, tools, and infrastructure made available by the platform from time to time.
• Lifetime access means there is no recurring reseller renewal fee for the purchased reseller rights unless a different written offer is explicitly presented at checkout.
• Reseller rights are personal, limited, non-exclusive, and conditional upon ongoing compliance with platform policies.

Platform Operational Authority

To operate the program responsibly, protect customers, and keep the business sustainable, the platform reserves the right to make operational changes at its sole discretion.

• Adjust reseller commission or revenue share percentages at any time.
• Set, change, delay, or remove minimum payout thresholds, payout timing rules, payout review windows, and payout frequency requirements.
• Increase, decrease, standardize, or otherwise modify public product pricing, offer structure, included features, bonuses, or sales conditions across the platform.
• Modify reseller workflows, customer access rules, onboarding requirements, compliance checks, and internal approval processes when needed for operations, security, or program integrity.

Fraud Review And Enforcement

The platform strictly reviews transactions, reseller activity, payout behavior, and account conduct for fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other prohibited activity.

• Investigate, hold, reverse, reject, or refuse to credit transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise invalid.
• Suspend, restrict, or permanently ban reseller accounts involved in suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, policy evasion, fake traffic, self-dealing, misleading marketing, or other harmful conduct.
• Withhold or cancel pending commissions, payout eligibility, or account access while a fraud or compliance review is in progress.
• Require additional identity, payment, business, or compliance verification before approving continued participation or payout release.

Policy Updates And Continued Participation

The platform may update, revise, expand, or replace this Resell Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, product, pricing, fraud prevention, or business needs.

Any updated version becomes effective when posted or otherwise communicated by the platform. Your continued participation in the reseller program, continued use of reseller tools, or continued acceptance of reseller-related benefits after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
